Midlands & South West Regional Water Treatment Sales Consultant / Water Treatment Sales Manager

We are looking to strengthen our teams so we have immediate water treatment job vacancies in the Midlands and South West England.

The key locations in the Midlands and South West England are Birmingham, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Hereford and Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire in an area roughly bounded by the M5 corridor and Welsh borders to the west, the M1 corridor to the east and the M4 corridor to the south.

Regional Sales Consultant

The successful Regional Sales Consultant candidates will be based in the area and be part of a regional team with responsibility for both servicing and account managing existing clients and gaining new water treatment customers.

The service and account management aspect of the role will involve on-site analysis of water samples, interpretation and reporting of results, advising corrective actions and improvements, compliance review, stock management and ensuring that all contractual obligations are performed to the highest standards.

The new business generation aspect will require you to identify prospects and to develop and execute effective strategies for approaching, winning and developing business from them.

Ideally, the successful candidates will have a number of years’ experience in water treatment sales and service; however, we will consider people with an appropriate engineering, laboratory or technical sales background. Full technical and sales training will be provided and there is scope to develop skills and knowledge, leading to promotion within the Company.

An attractive salary is offered and benefits include a company car, mobile phone, computer, 5 weeks’ annual leave and contributory pension scheme.

Regional Sales Manager

As well as sales consultants we are also seeking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to support and lead the regional team. This is a multifaceted role involving a mixture of personal sales and account management responsibility as well as supporting and developing the team members to ensure that collectively the region meets its sales and compliance targets, and that our customers enjoy the high standards of service.

The successful candidate will have several years of water treatment sales and service experience and be capable of leading a small team.

Business Development Opportunities

We have a potential vacancy for a business development manager for export and own-label chemical sales.

This would be a new appointment for us, with this role currently being covered by the directors, but in order to better exploit the potential of these markets we need the help of a highly experienced and knowledgeable chemical water treatment specialist.

We want to expand our current network of overseas distributors and customers for own-label water treatment chemicals in the UK.

The job could be full-time or part-time and would involve researching and identifying prospects, contacting them, follow up sales and offering technical support. Clearly, some travel will be involved, but much of the work will be desk-based.

We are flexible about how we approach this appointment, so if you believe you’ve got the skills and experience necessary, please contact us so we can explore the potential opportunity with you.

Equally if, when you explore the rest of our website, you think “I could sell that,” contact us and let us know how you believe you could add value to our business.

Class 1 or 2 HGV Driver with ADR

Full-time (41 hours per week) plus overtime
Fork-lift licence preferred

We have a vacancy for a Driver to join our team, delivering hazardous and non-hazardous chemical blends to our customers’ on-site tanks via a low-pressure pumping system, throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

The successful candidate should hold a valid ADR licence and a clean Class 2 vehicle licence. A fork-lift licence is preferred, but full training will be provided.  You will be expected to check and load your own vehicle and you must be prepared to spend up to 2-3 nights away from home each week.
