ISO9001 and UKAS Accreditation
Our commitment to quality and service led us in 1989 to become one of the first water treatment companies to achieve the ISO9001 standard (formerly BS5750). Our production and a service processes are well developed, documented and adhered to – a fact that is independently verified to external audits carried out by BSIQA.
We are rightly proud of our systems and commitment to quality and welcome vendor assessments because we know that their robustness puts us ahead of the competition.
We are not happy with the status quo and seek continually to improve.

UKAS Accreditation for Laboratory Services
In its approved code of practice and guidance, Legionnaires’ Disease, The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems (L8) , the UK Health and Safety Commission says that legionella analysis should only be undertaken by laboratories which are accredited to do so by UKAS and who take part in the PHLS external quality assessment scheme.
Our commitment to quality and service meant we had to rise to the challenge led us to become the only UK water treatment company to have its own in-house laboratory accredited by UKAS to carryout legionella analysis.
This means that not only can you be confident of accuracy of the results, but you can be assured that they will be available in the shortest possible time with the appropriate interpretation available
