A cooling tower audit proforma incorporates the assessment of the cooling tower phsysical condition, design and construction.
It examines the flow of water across the tower pack, whether it is of even distribution.
The removal of packing is now a requirement of all towers during chlorination where practicable. Our inspection reports will provide details of the cleaning proceedures .For those systems where pack removal is not possible, alternative cleaning methods will be recommended.
The inspection report will make improvement recomendations and show a photographic record of conditions within the system.
