The EnviroDAT® digital logbook integrates with either palm powered or Pocket PC windows devices to enable automated data collection for the management of heath and safety issues in the built environment such as legionella, fire safety, gas appliance testing, asbestos etc
Assets which require monitoring, maintenance or regular checking can be labelled using a barcode and operatives can collect data using either the Symbol SPT1800 or PPT2800 units which have an integral barcode scanner.
Huge time savings and the elimination of paper based systems can be achieved by moving over to this type of record keeping. The barcode scanning process also proves that an operative was working on an identifiable asset at a particular time and date.
