Our UKAS accredited Microbiology Laboratory has 2 test methods for Legionella detection:

FASTEST™ Rapid Method - A quick screening method that offers results for Legionella pneumophila in less than 2 hours. Particularly useful in high risk situations or when a quick answer is required.
CULTURE method - A UKAS accredited culture method based on ISO11731:1998 and participate in external quality assurance schemes as required by L8. The theoretical limit of detection is 100 colony forming units/litre.
